Returns, Refunds, and Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review the following shipping guidelines:

       Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

       Shipping Rates: Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery address, the size and weight of the items, and the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping rates will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

       Delivery Times: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout, but please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. Please allow up to 5 business days for domestic orders and 2 weeks for international orders.

       Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number.

       Shipping Destinations: We ship to Pan India. If you are in an area we do not currently ship to, please contact us for further assistance.

       Customs Duties & Taxes: For international orders, please be aware that you may be responsible for paying customs duties, taxes, or fees that your country’s customs office may impose. These charges are not included in your shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

2. Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, we offer a return policy for eligible items as outlined below:

       Eligibility for Returns:

       You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order.

       To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

       Items must not have been worn, altered, or damaged in any way.

       Certain items, such as earrings (for hygiene reasons), may not be eligible for return or exchange.

 

       Please ensure that you record a video while unboxing the item if you are returning a defective product within 48 hours . This helps us process your return more efficiently.

       Return Process:

       To initiate a return, please contact us at wecare@mangalprem.com with your order number, reason for return, and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

       We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

       Return Shipping Costs:

       Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received.

       We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items returned via an untracked service.

       Inspection & Approval:

       Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return requirements (unused, in original condition, etc.).

       If the item passes inspection, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

       Non-Returnable Items:

       Due to hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings and body jewellery are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are defective or damaged.

3. Refunds Policy

We aim to ensure your satisfaction, and we offer refunds for eligible returns as per our policy:

       Refund Process:

       Once we approve the return and inspect the item, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.

       Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

       Partial Refunds:

       In some cases, if the returned item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we may issue a partial refund or refuse the return entirely.

       Exchanges:

       If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will help you process the exchange based on product availability.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

       If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at  wecare@mangalprem.com your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged item.

       We will assist you in processing a return, exchange, or refund. If the damage is caused by shipping, we will also initiate a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

5. Cancellations

       Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. After this period, orders are typically processed and shipped out, and we may not be able to cancel your order.
